About the project's brief:

Our goal with the Get There Taxi Transfers brand design was to create a Logo and Brand aimed at every generation and any ethnic background.

According to Marco’s brief, it has to be simple, modern and severe. Marco ( after some Pinterest mood boards ) asked us to create a Geometric and Simple logo.

It was essential to have a versatile Logo Mark that could be used on his Website, Business card, Advertising, Printing on a car and any digital platform.

He does only Airport Transfers, but there are no boundaries. They can pick people up from any place.

His long-term goal is to have an application as well.

Brand's Colours:

Marco wanted Black, White and Gold colours. We’ve made a Colour palette with minimalist and modern shades.

We’ve added a modern complementary blue colour for Call-To-Action Texts and Buttons for his website. He also has two shades of gold for better usage.

For the Title text, we chose a minimalist Sans-Serif, Raleway Bold. Raleway is an elegant sans-serif typeface family that will suit perfectly to his serious-looking brand.

We chose the Montserrat Regular Font style for the minimalist and modern look of the Subtitle and Body texts. Also, it’s perfectly readable on digital platforms.

Both fonts are royalty-free and perfect, compatible with website usage. Sans-serif fonts are modern and straightforward. Easy to read on digital platforms and represent simplicity and clearness.

The story behind the mark

In the final version, we aimed for a suitcase shape with sharp edges for a bit of masculinity and dynamism.

We combined the letters G & T to make the suitcase shape, yet it’s still memorable and unique.

Why the suitcase? Because Marco’s company will only transfer people from Airports, a bag is a massive part of the airport traveller’s life.

It is a minimalist and modern look Sans-serif font. We aimed to keep it simple and trendy. It makes a perfect balance with the logo mark.

We also created a trendy-looking custom two-sided business card for him. It also has a QR code for a more accessible appointment booking.

Conclusion:

Ultimately, we’ve got a modern, minimalist and straightforward logo. His logo will be timeless, and he can use it for digital and printed purposes, such as letterhead, business cards, clothing, application icon, website etc.

The Brand’s colours and typographies perfectly represent Marco’s ideas and appear to his target audience as a serious, professional, trustworthy business.
